Childhood We Deserve(d) provides a healing framework for collective transformation through guided reimagining. Rather than focusing solely on revisiting trauma, we guide participants into imagining and feeling what could have been and what it might have felt like to be celebrated, to belong, to feel truly safe in their bodies.

This work doesn’t just explore the past. It creates new emotional blueprints. Through these reimagined experiences, participants begin to form fresh and nourishing connections with themselves—rooted not in what was missing, but in what is now possible.

At the heart of our work is a gentle understanding: many of us have learned to make ourselves smaller in order to feel safe. This may have come from our experiences with gender identity, our families, the systems we were raised in, or the unspoken rules that didn’t welcome questioning or true self-expression.

We meet the tender places that had to hide. We don’t treat them as flaws or problems to solve. Instead, we honor them. These parts carry wisdom. They hold energy. They are protectors. And when we welcome them back, they become powerful allies on the path to healing and wholeness.
